Did not receive my entire order

I ordered three of these kits, only received one. Called and emailed the company several times only to get an email saying, “we are sorry we shorted you ONE kit. We’ve made it right and mailed it out right away!” I called and emailed again saying I’m owed TWO kits and still haven’t seen a response. I’ve never had this level of trouble w this company but I’m tired of trying to get what I’m owed.

The kit itself is very cute and easy to put together but customer service is really lacking.

We are sorry you had this issue. Your first email received on 11/22 which was just a screenshot of your order. It was not clear there were two kits missing from your original order. There was a lot of back and fourth comunication before we could determine the solution. A replacement order for two kits has been created and will ship out to you today, 12/2.

Great piece with endless uses! We use it when entertaining outside to carry our dining essentials, it is also wonderful as a craft caddy / tote as I often move my supplies from room to room. My son has his eye on it for a tool box. Very sturdy and easy to personalize.

Our kits are curated and kitted with the USA and ship to you directly from our warehouse in the USA!

Boxes are shipped within 2-3 business days!

If you're not satisfied with your Project Home DIY kit, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. In order for Project Home DIY to provide free shipping, we do expect our customers to pay for the return shipping of the item back to us. This will be deducted from your refund.

Please complete the return request HERE.

Once we receive your kit we will inspect it to make sure items are in unused original condition. Upon inspection, we will contact you via email for your return approval and issue your refund, minus the shipping & handling return fee.

If your subscription renewed and you forgot to cancel, we do not issue a refund. Refunds cannot be issued for items that haven't been shipped yet.
