Messed up order

I never received this towel, unfortunately. I ordered it, but never received it. I planned an order with the buy 4, get one free sale. I got 4 hand towels and one washcloth. I have reached out twice in email to get a solution and haven't heard anything back. The other towels I ordered are great, but I still feel like I should hear back from the company regarding my messed up order.
